Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.rapidrover.com website (the “Service”) operated by Rapid Rover Airport Shuttle Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Animal Policy

Due to allergy concerns, customers traveling with animals must use our Direct Service option to and from PHL.

Luggage Policy

Customers using our service may bring up to two bags per person traveling that weigh less than 50lbs and within a maximum exterior dimension of 62 linear inches for free. Luggage exceeding these criteria may also be brought but may incur an additional fee. Luggage weighing more than 50lb cannot be lifted by our drivers.

Lost Item Policy

Items left on a Rapid Rover vehicle after use of our service will be brought to our main office at 5090 Central Highway, Pennsauken, NJ. Items may be returned directly to you instead based on availability. Occasionally, returning an item directly to you may incur a fee.

Multi-stop Pickup Policy

Rapid Rover can make multiple stops for a customer on the way to their destination when requested. However, all requests of this nature must be called in to our office at 856-428-1500, open 24/7, and cannot be booked online. Pricing will be determined based on the specifics of your requested service.

Pick Own Time Policy

When booking our service, Rapid Rover will recommend a pickup time based on the information you provide to us. If you elect to pick your own pickup time, Rapid Rover cannot accept any liability, financial or otherwise, for the consequences of that change.

Refund Policy

Rapid Rover will offer refunds for services in a timely manner. Services that are canceled close to the time of scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

Car Seat Policy

As per New Jersey Law,

a. A child under the age of 2 years and 30 pounds shall be secured in a rear-facing seat equipped with a 5-point harness.

b. A child under the age of 4 years and 40 pounds shall be secured as described in (a) until they reach the upper limits of the rear-facing seat, then in a forward-facing child restraint equipped with a 5-point harness.

c. A child under the age of 8 and a height of 57 inches shall be secured as described in (a) or (b) until they reach the upper limits of the rear-facing or forward-facing seat, then in a belt positioning booster seat.

Rapid Rover can provide Car Seats and Booster Seats for travel. One booster seat will be provided for free. All other required child seats will incur a five dollar fee per seat. We cannot at this time store child seats for customers.
